Our Story
Freedom Finders began with two friends who cared deeply about people, community, and the power of honest self-understanding. What started as long conversations and shared study has become a place where individuals, families, nonprofits, and teams can learn in a supportive environment.
Carrie and Pauline came to the Enneagram from different directions, but they shared the same spark: a real desire to understand themselves and support the people around them. They studied, trained, volunteered, taught, and eventually brought their strengths together to create Freedom Finders, a learning space built on respect, compassion, and clarity.
They’ve spent years serving the Jackson Hole community in education, philanthropy, mental wellness, and community leadership. Freedom Finders is an extension of that commitment.

Meet Pauline Towers-Dykeman
CERTIFIED ENNEAGRAM PRACTITIONER
Pauline brings decades of experience in teaching, nonprofit leadership, community building, and philanthropy. Her talent lies in blending clear communication with an appreciation for what makes people tick — two things that drew her to the Enneagram early in life and eventually brought her to co-found Freedom Finders.
Pauline still divides her time between philanthropic advising and offering Enneagram learning experiences for nonprofits, businesses, groups, and individuals. Outside of work, she loves pickleball, kayaking, skiing, meditation, foreign languages, poetry, and long museum days with her husband and grown son.
Early exposure to the Enneagram from her father, followed by deeper study with respected teachers
Training through the Enneagram Prison Project, including the 9Prisons1Key course and the Path to Freedom program
Foundational study with The Narrative Enneagram
