Our Story
Freedom Finders began with two friends who care deeply about family, community, self-knowledge, and self-awareness. What started as long conversations and shared study has become an approach that provides individuals, families, non-profits, and teams the opportunity to meet themselves and learn from each other in a uniquely supportive environment.
Carrie and Pauline came to the Enneagram from different career paths, but they share the same spark: a genuine desire to understand themselves and support the people around them. Deeply inspired by the traditions of The Narrative Enneagram, The Enneagram Institute, and somatic approaches to the Enneagram, as well as the field of Interpersonal Neurobiology, they have studied with renowned teachers including Russ Hudson, Peter O’Hanrahan, Marion Gilbert, and Dr. Dan Siegel. In 2021, they brought their strengths together to create Freedom Finders, a learning space built on compassion, clarity, and respect.

Meet Carrie Kirkpatrick
CERTIFIED ENNEAGRAM PRACTITIONER
Growing up on the East Coast in a successful entrepreneurial and conservative household while attending a liberal Quaker school nurtured Carrie’s ease in any environment with all kinds of people from all walks of life. In 1996, she brought her background in human development and psychology to her family’s Jackson, Wyoming, investment firm, where she cultivated a keen understanding of team dynamics and honed her exceptional inquiry stills. These–together with Carrie’s curiosity, candor, and commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest and open enough to grow–are key elements that distinguish engagement with Freedom Finders from work with other consultants.
Carrie is a lifelong learner, and someone who finds joy in dance, nature, and meaningful connection. When music plays, she moves — it’s one of her ways of staying present, humble, and alive.

Later, Pauline spent 16 truly meaningful years serving the community through the Teton County Library Foundation, first as Associate Director, then as Executive Director for 8 years.
