Relationship Discovery Session

This type of session requires that participants already know their Enneagram Type and Subtype based on the instinct they lead with (self- preservation, sexual, social). Participants may first schedule an individual Discovery Session to learn their type/subtype.

The 2-hour session includes the following:

• an overview of the relationship through the lens of the Enneagram, including personalized handouts;

• an introduction to healthy, average, and unhealthy behaviors of each type and how to support growth;

• an explanation of the significance of the basic instincts in your relationships and how to use this information to increase connection and understanding;

• time for Q & A.
